These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CEUtrack360 mobile application ("App") operated by Marcus Trise ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
CEUtrack360 offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time.
CEUtrack360 is designed to help licensed mental health professionals track continuing education units (CEUs). The App provides state requirement information for reference purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying current requirements with your licensing board.
CEUtrack360 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that state CEU requirement data is current or complete. Always verify requirements directly with your state licensing board.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
