CEUtrack360 ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Marcus Trise. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the CEUtrack360 mobile application ("App").
CEUtrack360 stores all CEU tracking data (entries, selected state, progress) locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not collect or transmit this data to our servers.
When you subscribe, we use RevenueCat to process payments. RevenueCat may collect your Apple or Google account identifiers and purchase history as necessary to manage your subscription. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
CEU entries and preferences are stored exclusively on your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete this data. We do not back up or sync your CEU data to cloud servers.
We use RevenueCat for in-app subscription management. RevenueCat operates under its own privacy policy available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their respective privacy policies.
CEUtrack360 is intended for licensed mental health professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above.
